The staff were attentive, always ready with a warm smile. I particularly enjoyed the Turkish coffee and the delicious guzleme available daily. The spa services were also a highlight. My massages left me feeling rejuvenated and relaxed.

Exceptional hotel, loved our stay, it had savoury food and absolutely perfect location outside of public areas. Location: the property was close to the sandy shores of the Mediterrian Sea, the beach and the two pools, and the gardens. We stayed for 4 nights here, loved Gundogdu district. The service was very good, including an easy check-in.

The Wi-Fi connectivity issues continually disrupted my connection!!! I encountered frustrating limitations with the a la carte restaurant pricing!!! The long distances between facilities made it quite inconvenient for a relaxing holiday!!!

The aqua park with its 11 thrilling slides kept our family entertained for hours. We loved the diverse food options, especially the Turkish food night with a rich menu that showcased local flavors. The spacious Family Room with Bunk bed was perfect for us, providing comfort and relaxation after a fun-filled day.

We had a fantastic family stay for 10 nights, primarily to enjoy the nearby beaches and attractions. The aqua park was the highlight, with so many slides and no waiting in lines, which kept the kids entertained. The Turkish food night was a delicious surprise, offering a wide range of tasty options. The beach area was clean and had all the necessary amenities, making it easy for us to relax and enjoy the sun.

The aqua park stood out with its 11 slides. My kids had a blast! Daily room cleaning made everything nice and tidy. The beach had convenient amenities. The bar served great Turkish coffee. We loved the diverse food options, especially during the Turkish food night. The distance between the Elite and Golden Coast buildings was a hassle. It took a good 15 minutes to walk just to exchange towels. Wi-Fi connectivity was poor. We kept losing our connections. The a la carte restaurants charged €10 per person. A few of the staff weren't very helpful when we had questions about services. Despite the few setbacks, the family-friendly atmosphere and varied activities were good.

The accommodation in a quiet area required a 65 euro taxi ride from the airport, but we were pleased with our superior queen studio that had air conditioning and a minibar.
